Speed Networking – Religion and belief the hot issues for employers

Description:
The issues surrounding religion and belief in the workplace are hotting up and it’s becoming a key concern for companies that want to ensure all employees feel valued and that everyone is treated fairly. This new style speed networking event will give you the opportunity to meet with experts and other EFB members who have been pioneers in this area, you will have the opportunity to:
  • hear at first hand examples of best practice
  • develop your understanding of the impact of religion, non-belief and belief in the workplace
  • have an opportunity to explore your dilemmas with a number of leading experts
Speakers include Amanda Jones from the Co-operative Group, Dennis Gissing from BT and Fiona Stewart-Darling from the Bishop’s Chaplain.

There will also be the opportunity for informal networking over refreshments.
