Welcome to the Employers Forum on Belief

The Employers Forum on Belief (EFB) is an independent employers' network developed by employers themselves to share good practice on religion, belief and non-belief in order to make the most of their diverse workforces.

We aim to enable employers not only to comply with the law but to understand what changes they could make to enable everyone - whatever their faith belief or non belief - to contribute to the workplace. We do this by getting employers together to talk about the issues they face and the solutions they have developed.

People perform better when they can be themselves and the EFB aims to ensure employers feel confident in making decisions about religion and belief at work.

The EFB offers practical guidance and is not affiliated to any religious group or philosophical belief. This is about employment; employers and employees.
